  • Laura Janke, 36, of North Hollywood pleaded guilty to conspiracy to commit racketeering, according to the Boston Herald.
  • She faces a maximum sentence of 20 years in prison, but prosecutors are recommending she receive 27 to 33 months in prison, the Herald reports.
